A foul-mouthed road rage attack involving a learner driver part-way through her first-ever lesson behind the wheel has been captured on camera.
The vision showed a woman blast Perth L-plater Aleyna Helvaci before throwing a traffic cone towards the car the 16-year-old was driving.

“My heart was thumping so hard. I was in shock,” she told 7NEWS.
The incident took place on Sunday at the corner of Albany Hwy and Leichardt St in Victoria Park.
In the car with Helvaci was a professional driving instructor and her mum, and her L-plates were clearly displayed.

Helvaci said it was triggered when she accidentally stalled her vehicle at a busy intersection.
The teen tried to correct the simple error but stalled again when she was panicked by a horn.
“I turned (the car) back on, put my foot on the clutch, and everything was ready,” she said.
“I was going to take off but before I could there was a really loud horn.”

Her mother Susan recorded from the back seat as a woman in the car behind them unleashed.
The family has filed a report with police in the hope it won’t happen again and pleaded for all drivers to have more respect and patience on the road.
Helvaci said It will take a while for her to feel safe enough to get back on the road.

However, she is determined to get back behind the wheel and get her licence.
“It is all about building confidence in the end so this is all part of the experience,” she said.
