A four-bedroom house in Perth is up for sale, with “all offers” being considered — but there’s a catch.
The home, which was previously sold in 2022 for just $255,000, is located in Calista — a southern suburb of Perth.
At first, the home appears to be a steal, with four “huge” bedrooms and a “large” living room.

However, one glaring detail of the listing cannot be overlooked.
Images reveal extensive fire damage to the property, which has been boarded up with a chain wire fence.

The home is being sold on an “as is basis”, the listing reads.
“Seller and agent make no representation on the condition of the property and the buyer needs to do their own due diligence,” the agent explains further.

However, in the listing the agent says currently “all offers are being considered”, with the suggestion whoever buys either “renovates or detonates”.
The median house price for a three-bedroom home in Calista is $400,000.
